Neutral service
The proposed civic program will provide accurate information using neutral eligibility and service criteria. It will not support or oppose political parties or candidates or recommend how a person should vote.
Privacy and separation
The initiative will not collect personal political preferences or create voter political profiles. Civic information services will remain separate from policy research and institutional documentation.
Volunteer standards
Volunteers must rely on official sources, avoid partisan messaging in project work and refer questions about eligibility or procedures to the responsible election authority.
Operating scope
The current scope is research, education, dialogue and nonpartisan civic participation. Legislative lobbying is not part of the proposed operating activities.
