Complementarity over competition
Cooperation is voluntary and designed to connect existing strengths. Institutions retain their own identity, governance and independent work.
A shared purpose, independent voices
Cooperation on a defined activity does not require adopting every position of the initiative. Responsibilities, attribution and public descriptions should be agreed before a project begins.
From dialogue to shared knowledge
Proposed collaboration includes research, educational exchange and expert dialogue. Joint outputs will be presented only after approval by the participating institutions.
