Program leadership
The proposed structure includes an executive director and program leadership for the three centers. These positions are not presented as filled.
Advisory and oversight roles
A proposed advisory partnership council would support consultation while preserving institutional autonomy. Financial oversight and conflict-of-interest procedures will be documented when adopted.
